Juva Camping has excellent facilities for families. Everyone feels at home here, from toddlers to grandparents.
Café
Have you tried our delicious homemade blueberry pie with custard yet? The Café with its sunny terrace is a good place to unwind, read the daily newspapers and enjoy the atmosphere. Serving meals, breakfast and freshly baked cakes and pastries, the Café is also licenced to sell mild alcoholic beverages. The Café has play equipment and kick-bikes to lend, and has a free Internet connection.
Minigolf
Close to the Café, there is a new 9 hole mini-golf course. Clubs and balls are available at the Café.

Play Areas, Ball Court
The campsite has two children's play areas with swings, slide, sandpit and other activities. On the beach there is a water slide suitable for small children. The ball court is excellent for badminton and volleyball.
Go Canoeing on the Oravareitti Canoeing Route!
The beautiful Oravareitti canoeing route leads through rivers, small lakes and rapids from Juva to Sulkava. The attractive route is suitable even for first time paddlers and families. The route is safe, with interesting sights as well as resting places and accommodation along the route.
You can hire canoes, kayaks and equipment at our campsite. We will introduce you to the route and the technique, and if needed, organize transport from the route back to where you started from!

Local Services and Activities
Juva Camping is conveniently located between the bustling Vehmaa shopping area and the centre of Juva, with only 700 metres from Vehmaa and just over 2 kilometres from the centre.
The interests in Vehmaa area include:
- Jocca, a ladies' clothes shop
- ABC Full Service Station, open 24 hours a day. Also includes a grocery shop
- Q-point, a unique shop for gifts, souvenirs and home accessories
- Juva Hotel, with pop and rock gigs on weekends
The variety of shops and services in Juva equals to that of a small city. In addition to supermarkets you can find restaurants, a book shop, clothes shops, electronics, toys, sports clothes and equipment, massage treatment, hairdressers, a pharmacy and more.
Definitely worth a visit in Juva is the Butiken på Landet clothes shop in the old stables of Wehmaa manor. Skilfully converted from old stables, this charming shop has a variety of high-quality clothes from the top European manufacturers. The shop is located only 3 kilometres from Juva Camping in the Pieksämäki direction.
Having a delightful atmosphere of days past, Rapio Mill is a working watermill by the rapids. The idyllic Rapio Mill Café serves cakes and pastries made from flour produced at the mill.
You can also find the fresh mill products with no additives in the Mill Shop and the local supermarkets. The Rapio Mill Theatre has prepared professional production for the summer season 2008.
